Charting A Course

The redesign journey commenced with the creation of a mood board. From our brand conversations with Personal Injury Help Center, we created a mood board that surfaced the following concepts:

  • Quality, Effective, Navigate, Community, Excellence, Compassion, Integrity, Empathy, Guide, Voyage

Our North Star

Central to our design strategy was the communication of an "empathy-first" approach, encapsulated in the theme "Navigating Injury with Compassion." This thematic guide was at the helm of our creative and content decisions.

Full Speed Ahead

To visually convey the journey of overcoming personal injury with the right legal guidance, we conceptualized the firm as a ship carrying clients through stormy seas. Personal Injury Help Center's legal expertise is the lighthouse guiding the ship and its passengers to port.

  • A deep ocean blue color was chosen for the background to symbolize the vast expanse of Personal Injury law that Personal Injury Help Center would help clients navigate through. Color psychology also holds that Blue evokes feelings of trust and credibility. In practice this is seen in the logos of banks and financial institutions such as Chase Bank and Citibank.
  • Images featuring wood textures were deliberately chosen to convey a sense of warmth and security, reinforcing the nautical concept of Personal Injury Help Center as a ship.
  • The thin lines in our iconography design were inspired by the rigging and cables found on ships.
